Yes. It eventually seemed to harden up. There is definitely some color variations which I attribute to the two sets of chemicals not wanting to mix right. I don't consider it an issue because once assembled the truck will be shot as one to eliminate this and correct any assembly damage.
My concern with this is if the final topcoat will bond properly to the mixed version.
