Where is the tank mounted on your beast? There is a lot of banter about sections of rubber hoses in this thread which I do not believe relate to your panel truck. Those posters are likely referring to AD pickup trucks with tanks in the cab. Those do require a short section of rubber hose because the cab moves independently from the frame. You don't have that issue with your panel truck. Do you know if panels had any rubber fuel lines at all originally?
