your website link was incredible, but now i am a bit more confused, as because of the windows in the doors, i have been told its a 51, this was apparently the first year they wer brought out. and in 52 they had push button door handles. witch in the history of Chev on your link this also confirmed. however, it also said that in 48 they moved the gear stick to the steering wheel and the hand brake to a foot brake pedal. well, i have a floor mounted gear and brake handle. so does that make it pre 48? also it said that in 50 or 51 the tank was moved inside the cab, however my tank is mounted to the side of the chassis. is the mapleleaf just different in options to the chev? in the 48 sales brochure, it shoes one IDENTICAL to mine, but does that still make it a 48? PLEASE help.
