I was looking for a product that would provide sound deadening and thermal insulation to the inner fire wall, under the floor and the inside of the back wall. Lizzard Skin is what I used. LS is designed to be applied over primer not directly to metal. It is sprayed on. First I applied the sound deadening product and let it cure for 24 hrs. Then, the ceramic coat comes next. The results are as described. It did make the sound of the panels quieter and I have not tested the thermal qualities as of yet. I posted some pictures.
