The earlier 270 used a 11.5" plate but with a 9 bolt pressure-plate, if it's any help.
The later 270's had a different flywheel with 6 bolts attaching it to the crankshaft (instead of the earlier 4 bolt) - but I don't know how many p/plate bolts these had.
Is this for your '46 or '60 truck?
