I have had this happen before on a title with the year printed as 55 when previous title was 54. MVA in Md changed it for me with pictures I had of old title. Truck was from MO so it should have been a 3 or 5 . Who knows. Serial plate was missing. Both bill of sale and title say 7 . I think miss hit 8. Thanks for all the info. | | |
