Just a guess, but I would say the cab mount under the floor on the side that is leaning is probably rusting away and is causing your problem. Especially since the steering column is rubbing on one side of the opening. Does you clutch pedal rub on one side of the floorboard opening? If so, I would check the cab mounts very closely.
