I'm pretty much done with offering advice in good faith, that everyone ignores. Good luck with getting a piece of aftermarket junk to work at all, let alone reliably! There are plenty of good condition used and a few brand new Delco Remy regulators on Ebay, especially the ones listed for "aircraft" applications. Hint- - - -they work on stovebolts- - - -even the ones that don't fly.
