As of this date (and for some time previously) Spectrum (Charter.com) has been (and is) blocking all emails coming from Stovebolt.com. Our mail server is not on any email server blacklists and has never been used to send spam. It is locked down to the point that only three people (and programs running on our server such as this forum) can even use the server to send mail. But, for some reason, Spectrum is blocking mail sent from our server.
If you are a Spectrum customer or a Charter.com customer, we would appreciate it if you could complain to support and ask them to fix the problem. I have spoken to support, and they just gave me the runaround. But if enough customers complain, maybe we'll get their attention.
I have no idea when, if ever, this will get fixed. I'll make this a sticky and will also make it a global announcement for a few days to get as much attention as I can to the problem. If you are a Spectrum or Charter customer, please take the time to complain to support. Every little bit helps.
