Talked to my brother this last Sunday, he builds engines for a living. He said get rid of the F**d and maybe think of putting in a late model diesel and 5-speed. Not a bad idea. The 51' is in excellent shape and it's a dump bed also.I'll have to look up the posts on the diesel conversions I've read here.....Rick
