Modulator had about a 2 inch piece of black tubing
on it and thats all. How can I tell if the modulator is bad or do I just assume it is? Also Is there some kind of adjustment on the modulator I can make. It is kind of hard to get to plus it is massively greasy! I think I need to get the undercarriage steam cleaned.
