Just a note here that your post really better belongs in the
Interiors forum as the topic is more about your comfort needs inside the cab, so it's been moved there for further discussion and conversation.
It may get moved again to the
Driveline forum if the "Interiors Forum" Mods feel it better belongs under the "steering" category. Up to them on that decision though.
