Hi Paul:

Went out and took a picture of my '58 window pull and lock tab for your viewing pleasure.

I think I dipped my lock tab in liquid rubber, but don't remember anymore. The uchannel is what is sold by West Marine or any boating store. It a stainless steel curved pull for boat windows. I think there is a link in my build story.
