Hi all in my quest to get my truck back on the road I have been trying to figure out a brake system for the new axles and have decided to just go with the brake system the truck the axles came with which means I need a power steering pump on my motor to run the booster. I have a small block 327/350 with just a alternator on a 2 belt drive system(I am sure I can just run 1 belt on the alternator and run the other on the pump). The alternator is mounted to the drivers side of the truck. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good mounting bracket or whole pump kit that would not force me to relocate my alternator. Also I am having trouble sourcing a new or reman booster the part number that comes up for disc brakes on rock auto is cardone 529902 I do know where I can get a used one in unknown condition if anyone knows of a rebuilt kit and if it can be done without much special tools.
