I had new tires put on Yesterday and told the technician just put that one in the cab and I would install it at home. I took a test drive and heard one fall off, but it was not the same one I found it in the weeds. So when I just got home I looked at the wheel and realised that I had fancy lug nuts and I could paint the wheel and it would look fine. It also has a chrome trim ring. Look at the pictures and tell me what color to paint the wheels, please. Here.
