I think you just have to sand them out and re-shoot. I'm going that route on one that I have on the cowl of the cab I just painted. I'm thinking of a soap and water washdown AND wax and grease remover before I re-shoot it. I sanded down just into the primer layer, but left some on.

Maybe someone else with more experience with fisheyes will weigh in.
