I am in the same boat had the cab painted and need to put front and rear glass back in. the cold is not a problem down here. Was going to go the professional installer route my self. May I ask what cracked /broke the first one? The gasket in the old cab was cut. Havent got out the new gasket to lookat it. may be a good idea. Good luck and post if it goes in ok.
Small back glass is fairly easy. Make sure the seams center bottom mis align ,for strength.
