I'm not an expert on these brakes, but are you sure you have separate systems. Doesn't your truck have the hydrovac unit mounted under the cab on the frame rail. It might have a single diaphragm, or a dual diaphragm, but I think it's only a single source of assisted braking for both front and rear brakes.
