Never driven one of your trucks but...I added an old hydrovac from a GMC big bolt to my little 3/4 ton. The brakes were redone including new front drums. The pedal was hard before and I had to stand on it to get it to stop. With the hydrovac, the pedal is soft, has a fair amount of travel before the brakes engage. The softness and travel throw me off but it stops like a mofo.
