Gord, yes i did put the sleeve on first. i have something wrong with the parts or part i have. i'm useing the stock truck spindle and the sleeve with a Camaro brake rotor and bearings. the rotor goes on, bearings fit right. but the rotor goes on to far i can't tighten it up with the nut all the way tight. i stiil have about 1/8 slop ( wheel moves back and forth). + everything is to far out my tires are right out to the lip on the fender.
