Buncha ways I might go there, Steve. I can't think how easy it would be to find a decent 261, but I have thought a bit about 250's. What I might do first, though, is swap out the tires for 225/75R16's.That would give me almost a 3" drop in tread height.
The rearend is first, though. I will keep the group posted on the result.
