I did some web searching since I am away from home and my hard copy books.
Couldn't find anything specific, most likely as can't figure out what GM used as a "name" for the part???
Any chance you can provide a large picture with more details of the "diagram" you posted as well as what book you got it from?
Will see if I can do more checking tonight if you can add more details.
