I saw it was an old thread, just figured I'd add onto the conversation in case the search feature brings others to the topic like it did for me while looking for the part numbers listed above.
I just wanted others to be aware that one of the parts sources listed, while maybe a good source at the time, no longer seems to be the case unless you want a big, expensive part.
