The "Barker" high lift rockers were once discussed on Stovebolt in this many moons old thread, but nowhere in it does it mention a specific ratio.

A bit of further web searching came up with this old "Inliners" conversation that provides a bunch of details on the "Barker" rockers. The "Inliners" poster "stock49" mentioned that the ratio was 1.7 on the "Barker" rockers and provided a bunch of other info and references to "California" Bill Fisher's speed manual as a source of info too.
