There are no new carburetors being made for these trucks that perform as they should. They're Fitzall units made in China that are meant to give so/so performance on a wide variety of applications but in reality don't perform well in any application.
Check the accelerator pump. Look down the throat while goosing the throttle and see if you see healthy squirts of fuel.
