There is no serial # plate. I believe that it was a mistake by previous dmv people. So I will just go head and try to register it in my name and see if my dmv excepts it. I would recommend doing this and just not say anything about it. Telling them that you think there was a mistake will just invite further scrutiny that you likely don't want. | | |
