Buy a donor truck or cab. Chevy or GMC. Will be much cheaper and ORIG parts. Sell what you don't use. Lots of donor type trucks in the upper west U.S states. Don't forget they make patch panels for everything you mention. The 57 fenders have unique grille fit features, so patch or graph is a good option. To buy and ship "new" parts you mention with tax is around $4000
