I went back and reviewed all your engine related posts to review what was checked before. As was finally noted in
a previous response on the same topic, you need to fully expose the engine block casting code that is partially hidden behind your coil, plus clean off the layers of paint and oil/dirt to reveal the entire casting code number so we can help to identify exactly what you have. See the edited pics (blue arrows added) below that shows the coil that needs to be moved and the obstructed casting number.
The casting date code (partially hidden in your other pics) and the stamped serial number you provided (not pictured) are currently no help in identifying the engine without the full casting number.
Please take and post pictures of the fully cleaned/exposed engine block casting code, and the stamped Serial# pad so we can better help finally answer your question. If you can get the entire date casting codes (currently showing as ending in "134"), that would help too, but not essential. There should be at least 1 "letter" in front of those 3 digits.
