I will say my 67 c50 came with 3 tanks 2 saddles and the in cab tank but when I got it it only had the in cab tank. It has a splitter valve that is on the floor but it has of course seized up but for my truck I am doing it as cheap as possible so I actually bought a 18 gallon boat tank and installed it on the side of the frame. At some point I am also going to be cleaning out the in cab tank to use with the saddle and do some electrical wizardy and have a switch and a relay to run to the fuel gauge and a solenoid valve. But if you just want the in frame fuel tank I know late 90s 1 ton fords you could get a 40 gallon tank in them so might be worth looking into.
