The link supplied to mo2cyl for Washington Auto Carriage is unlikely to produce results. I know then well and they do not sell Heil. It was sold for years by a company in Spokane that is no longer in business.

Like so many other old national brands the Heil name is disappearing too. I may be able to locate what you need if you can send me a photo of the hoist and cylinder dimensions. I have access to a lot of that information and know nearly everyone still in the business. But you may get some info from Kois Brothers Equipment here in Denver area as they have sold Heil for a very long time. 303-298-7370 or look for them on the web. Nearer you is Knapheide Truck Equipment in Columbia and St Louis but they wouldn't have the old info as they have not sold it nearly long enough to have it. So you need an old and still in businees dealer and Kois is the one that comes to mind. If you send the photos I'm almost sure I can help you out. FYI, it was built in Milwaukee, WS but the body and hoist division is now in Tishamingo, MS. and is a mere shadow of it's former self. The refuse products are now a seperate company with seperate owners.
