Of course now with the recovery tank you don't have to worry about the half inch above the fins method. You can feel the radiator all the way up to the bottom of the filler neck. I was wondering about your overflow tank. I assume it has two ports one on the bottom that goes to the radiator overflow and then one at the top in case the recovery tank gets too full?
