I downloaded a strobe tachometer app on my iPhone and put a white mark on the drill. The app says medium speed on my drill is 1164 rpm. The speedometer reads roughly 48 mph at that speed. I have no idea how accurate the app is.
I’m gonna borrow my parents turntable after bit and try Jon’s test. But test #1 shows the Speedo is off.
