Yes the power steering for your truck is a power assist ram. However the control valve is in the box so you will need the box ram hoses pump and linkage for the ram attachment. This system works much better than most power assist setups. Because the valve that controls the ram gets its input from you at the boxes input shat instead of from the box at the draglink. This gives much better road feel much like a standard power box. This box will look like a normal Saginaw box but the output shaft is horizontal like your stock manual box instead of vertical and it has four ports instead of two. An input a return a left turn and a right turn port.
