It's painted Firethorn Red Pearl from the Restoration Shop. I used a rotary shaft grinder and smoothed the casting and used a 2K epoxy primer. I made little spacers to hold the bolts away from the case so I could paint under the bolt heads. I used a Fuji 5 stage turbine paint system. I also replaced all the bolts with ARP polished stainless bolts just because they are pretty and I'm weird.
