I doubt you have any idea how much a telescopic cylinder costs let alone a double acting one. Also they hold a huge amount of oil. Telescopic is a very poor choice. How do I know? Well after 40+ years of doing this I have some darn good guesses. It's you money, your truck but still a bad idea.
