For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 38 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 38 | Its been a while since i said hello. Last time i was jibbering on about buying a 49 maple leaf, but could not come at the work involved. So i settled for a '42 mapleleaf truck for more cash.
The first job is to strip down and work on the chassis and brakes. I was wondering what type of brake fluid is used in these old trucks? I it the modern stuff or the older mineral type fluid? | | |
