With the motor in park what orientation is the arm on the motor
Mine is horizontal but pics I’ve found usually have 30 deg off horizontal
Issue right now is it won’t pull wipers all the way over to end of stroke without help
If I shut wiper off it’ll pull them back
Vacuum 21”
Jim Carter rebuild but it doesn’t look like motor was ever apart just freed up
I’ll mess with it some more
