In general, fitting fenders is not a one time shot. Aftermarket parts fitted to an OEM cab requires a lot of tweaking and fitment, for example; moving inner fenders and the radiator surround, aligning bolt holes, checking overall fitment, stepping back and re-doing this effort multiple times. Yet, sometimes a 4x4, big man, and strong arms are needed to make the final adjustments and a prerequisite to land the door fitting job in the factory.
Patience is a virtue but well worth it in the end.
As an aside it was nice to meet Kevin and Mark and observe their experience and expertise on fitment and problem solving. .. great guys and outstanding project. Mark is doing a great job on his truck…WOW!
