Hey Hambone and Ferris. I may be tied up with family but going to pencil this in and try to get down your way. Got a question: anyone there or coming that can help me do a first start on a GMC 228, or 270 and help me wire it up, install some temporary gauges, and see if we can get a first start? I may be able to bring the 270 down with battery and everything we need on a trailer. Not sure if it’s worth all of the work to haul one or the other there… but it might prove to be a good gathering project.
Helps me understand how to do things correctly when I have some in-person guidance and it would be fun.
