Congratulations Niels: Now your a member of a small club, not very many pre war Art Deco COE's around! I have a spare hood emblem that I painted with chrome paint. I had another one re chromed that was in about the same shape, cost me $400. The pot metal parts are costly to get re chromed. Also sent several pics.
