Your truck came with one low note horn on drivers side radiator "tie bar". The only normal size truck with two horns was the Cameo.
Also we can not see a black bracket on a black inner fender background in a dim lighted photo. But that is OK, it's not a factory item. Don't think any one/dealer would sell a bracket with horns close together and not mounted up front for proper volume.
Interesting fact about the year 1957 Chevy truck. 65% of them, including $45,000 Barrett Jackson auction trucks and trucks in our gallery (40%), have the fender emblems on backwards.
