Change both lines. A broken or leaky flex line will empty the crankcase in a matter of minutes, and unless the oil happens to be spraying on the exhaust pipe, creating clouds of stinky smoke, you won't know it until the oil pressure drops and the rods start knocking. Those lines get as hard as woodpecker lips and very brittle with age.
