Bill, Whats the diameter of the existing pulley on your 10si??? OD is 2.600" and the top surface of the V-belt is riding about 0.067" proud of the pulley. It would be simpler to use a bigger crankshaft pulley Jerry: How would pulling the engine to change out the crank pulley be easier than swapping the alternator pulley?
