I currently live in London where gas is $7.00 per gallon. LPG is 1/3 that price. I am going to be back in the US for 8 months and I plan to rebuild my 46 chevy 3/4 ton that has been in storage for 7 years. (putting in a rebuilt 261, T5 tranny to get overdrive, overdirve and putting in a 4.10 rear end) I am thinking of converting to LPG. I have found a couple of sites where they have fully converted to LPG, no gas at all. I am thinking of going duel fuel. Has anyone tried this, what are the disadvantages of going to duel vs fully LPG? Where do I find the duel fuel carbs?
