Can someone check these numbers to make sure I am correct before I hunt them down? Truck is a 1954 4100 and I just put relined shoes on the rear. Pulled up dust caps and found one cylinder just starting to leak so was planning on obtaining all 4 to replace them in the near future. My cylinders are mounted on diagonals (slight) so I do think they are the second design referenced in the parts book.

5454314 rear, rear wheel cylinder crossed to W-18197
I can pretty readily find the crossed numbers without paying a fortune. Was just hoping someone could double check me on the numbers prior to ordering.
