Yep, I've got most of them, plus a few others that they didn't mention. They get used pretty regularly, and when one's needed there's nothing else that does the job as well, or at all, in some cases. The really scarce item is the operator who knows how to use those tools the right way! Watching a modern "mechanic" trying to use those clincher rim tools would be as amusing as watching a monkey molest a football!
