Yep, I've read that same sheet many times. It's only got a few mistakes that will wreck a new engine, particularly how to clean a honed cylinder! Soapy boiling water, scrubbing with a stiff bristle brush, and repeated rinses with boiling water and/or a pressure washer is the only way to go.
