There are several brands of this,
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-camlube625 , its a black sticky grease that won't just wipe off, use it on camshaft and lifters. Don't use a liquid type on a cam, 90% percent of will be in the pan before you get it fired up. As for grease in the oil pumps, it shouldn't be needed, I usually pull new pumps apart to clean them, then add some assembly lube. If it's a used pump, I dump oil in it and go. My engines get primed and run on a test stand, never had one yet that would build oil pressure right away.
