It is a fairly simple installation in theory but a bit difficult in practice, didn't have to do any soldering, used teflon tape to seal the threaded fittings that go into the block, then the hardest part was getting the bends in the copper tubing just right so that I could get the tubing up through the little hole in the head to reach the fitting from the rocker arm and still be able to fit the push rod cover back on with no rubbing on the tubing. The other end of the line was also kind of hard to get bends correct so that I could line up the fitting to oil line block. It felt like an accomplishment when I finished and didn't have any kinks in the line. No oil or coolant leaks so far. I have a 1937 216 engine. | | |
