I am not sure what your 12v motor cost. I did a lot of research when I rebuilt my heater and converted to 12v. I found a replacement at AutoZone. Part #35512. Everco. Heater blower motor. Current $38. It is variable speed. bolted right in, and is reversible. The only modification was I shortened the shaft (cut it off). I re-used the existing blower fan.
